lumaq offers auditable agent-built software for regulated industries
lumaq, founded by Rudi Dökmecioğlu with Sina Afra as co-founder, has opened a platform that builds enterprise software with AI agents. It targets regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, telecoms and the public sector. Once a customer's requirements and existing systems are loaded in, the platform first produces a specification for business units to approve, then an architecture plan and work orders; agents write code against those orders and run the tests. Every release requires human approval before it reaches production. Generated code is linked back to the source requirements, and actions are written to an audit log. The system can run in the customer's own data center, private cloud or an air-gapped environment. The company says code, models and audit logs never leave the organization, and cites SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and GDPR compliance.
