MagicPort consolidates port operations and works in more than 80 countries

Singapore-based MagicPort pulls the scattered work of a ship's port call onto one platform, covering vessel tracking, task coordination, document management, expense tracking and real-time sharing of operational information. The company is also building AI-assisted tools for automating administrative workflows and analyzing maritime data. Across the industry, shipowners, agents, port authorities, suppliers and crews still largely coordinate through spreadsheets, email chains and manually shared documents. Founded in 2021 by Azerbaijani entrepreneurs Ali Gara and Tural Aliyev, the company says it now serves more than 300 companies in over 80 countries. MagicPort announced a $3 million pre-seed round in July 2026, with investors including INMerge Ventures, Sturgeon Capital and Hustle Fund.
